Suggest Treatment For Bulging Veins On Temple

Just today a couple of bulging veins have appeared on my right side temple, accompanied by numbness. I have been through stressful periods of time the past year, and also not sleeping well. Is there anything I can do on my own to make this disappear?

In my clinical judgement it is related to anxiety to major extent. you have to follow certain things strictly at home very carefully then I am confident to get you best results without going to a doctor. *Concentration exercises and YOGA for 30-30 min mor and eve.* avoid smoking / tobacco in any form / alcohol or other bevarages of similar types * avoid excess oily spicy nonveg * have adequate sleep of 8 hours a day * regular morning walk in fresh air for 20 min * regularise your lifestyle which is not ok right now * avoid to get angry in very minor and even major issues * get your eyes checked if dimness of vision * keep your BP and sugar level in perfect control * Lastly and most importantly laugh a lot from inside of your heart and soul which you are not doing since longtime!! Dear following these small looking steps authentically will give you results at large levels which would be long lasting and may be life changing for you not only for bulging veins.
