Hi, I m 30 years old and my penis has felt bruised for a week. I have bulging raised veins on both sides of my penis. I have the need to urinate frequently and urgently. My urethra feels uncomfortable, probably from urinating so much. What could be the cause?

Inflammatory condition may be likely and this is nothing to worry this can be well treated with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice in day infection need to be ruled out, and for that clinical examination is very necessary, have a nice day.
