Suggest Treatment For Bug Bite

There is some kind of black bug in our bed. Looks like a piece of lint, when squished, full of blood; leaves stains on the sheets. Should I be concerned, what should I do to get rid of them? Have only seen 2 of them, but can tell I have been bitten.
