Suggest Treatment For Bruising On The Shin Bone

So, funny story: I kicked my dad s knee bone on accident instead of the side of his leg while we were rough housing, and it hurt so bad. I practically screamed, and I had to sit on the the couch, because standing caused my shin bone to ache extremely bae. This was two days ago, and now there is a huge dark bruise where I hurt it, and it s dented. The dent can be pushed, painfully, to half an inch farther than normal. It hurts extremely bad to touch. Help! What did I do to my leg? Why is it dented?
