Suggest Treatment For Bruising Of Boil In Armpit After Using Dettol Disinfectant

I discovered a skin boil in my armpit last night and decided to apply some dettol soaked in cotton as a way of killing the germs/ bacteria. However, it looks like I have now ended up with a chemical burn as the area has gone dark and seems to have some blisters. What is the best first aid I can apply?

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the swelling only then it ought to be managed with anti-inflammatory drug rather than local antiseptic solution, now just wait for some time and do nothing, everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
