Suggest Treatment For Bruising And Swelling On Eye And Face After Injury

I got hit in the face with a baseball. Eyes and left side of my face bruised and swelled. 3 weeks after im still nauseous, get headache and blurred vision. I have a bump still on my cheek and its painful. Any ideas and should i be seeing a doctor again??

I really appreciate your concern, as a matter of fact such injury need to be investigated and best to get done the CT scan, till then swelling can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, else this is nothing to worry, it does not seems anything danger, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
