Suggest Treatment For Bruising Above Elbow After Falling
Fell forward 1 wk ago..think I landed mostly on my arm just above the elbow on the back of my arm..(bruise there)..shoulder hurts when putting my arm down..pulling up on my pants or pulling down my shirt...seems to hurt mostly on the opposite side of my deltoid.. (under/ behind) my arm. And some on the top right where the top of arm by the joint...also some neck stiffness some pain

Well come to HMC
Soft tissue injury come first in case of fall then comes the fracture part if the injury is severe then x-ray study is must, till then pain and stiffness can be managed with 'Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, clinical examination need to be done for better assessment of injury, some time sling may required, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
