Suggest Treatment For Bruises On The Legs

I have petechiae on my legs (first noticed a month ago), along with some small, smudge like bruises (I don't remember any trauma). I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I have not had hair on my legs door about 5 years (49 year old female, perimenopausal). Also, the skin on my legs feels rough and flakes terribly, even though I exfoliate and use oil and cocoa butter liberally.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Varicose Veins with petechial hemmorrhages from high capillary venous pressure in congested and retrograde vein flow causing back pressure to bleed in subcutaneous spaces. The incompetent un-diagnosed Varicose Veins might cause such petechial hemorrhages.Rough and flaky skin is from inflammatory reaction to the petechial haemorrhges in subcutaneous spaces.
Remedy-
Consult with Vascular Surgeon , who would do USG with Color doppler and would detect the incompetent perforator veins and incompetent large Varicose veins in your case and would plan for EVLT -Endo-Venous Laser Treatment with foam/ polyvinyl alcohol-coils / or foam particles, for foam sclerotherapy to clot and seal the bleeding perforators veins .

This is how you can get rid of the recurring leg bruises with petechial haemorrhages.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
