Suggest Treatment For Bruised Ribs And Presence Of Blood In Urine

I bruised my ribs in a fall. I went to the emergency room, x-rays were negative and my blood and sonogram checked out fine but they found a trace amount of blood in my urine. They said it was bruised ribs and gave me a muscle relaxant and pain meds. One week and 3 days later I can only sleep for a 3 hour period and when I lay down or sit up I feel a gurgling in my stomach. Other than that I am perfectly healthy and in good shape. I am a 49 year old male, 5 10 and 180 lbs. I would appreciate any words of wisdom. I am contemplating going to a doctor, but don t know what kind.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, two conditions are very likely here as long as the clinical symptoms are concern, one is hyperacidity and second it could be muscular spasm and this both can be treated altogether with "Tab Chlordiazepoxide" hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
