Suggest Treatment For Bruised And Painful Foot While Having Varicose Veins
my 89 year old mother had a fall 1 1/2 weeks ago and bruising is from foot to above knee, it is very painfull and we note now it is hard to touch, she suffers from bad varicose veins but her leg is purple and i am scared fro a clot what do you suggest

It seems that there might be having improper circulation or developed clot formation in leg veins after a fall.
There might be having deep vain thrombosis as well.
Rule out diabetes.
Consult vascular surgeon and get examined.
