Hello and welcome to HCM,
A bruise like lesion persisting from very long time is unlikely to be due to some injury.
Hematoma or collection of blood leads to bruise formation, however, such bruise clears away after seven to ten days.
The bruise which you have described seems to be a congenital mark.
A clinical assessment of the lesion is required to assess the lesion.
Management can be planned after clinical examination and diagnosis.

Thanks and take care
