Suggest Treatment For Bruise & Numbness On The Knee

I fell just over two weeks ago and landed on both knees on concrete. It was hard enough to bloody my right knee through jeans. My left knee was more painful, but there were no marks. Within a few days, I noticed a large but very faint bruise just below the right knee. It is still a little tender, but not really painful. There is a light, crescent shaped bruise now. Today I noticed that there is a hard lump below the knee and toward the inside of the left leg. The whole area below the knee is numb. Should I be worried, or just take a Motrin and wait for it to go away?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having soft tissue injury both knees. It is likely bruises and Hematoma. There is no need to worry much. Hematoma will gradually resolve in due course of time. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. I hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you good health. Take care.
