Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Swelling Of Shoulder And Wrist

I fell down a flight of stairs went head first , I ended up falling the whole way down on my shoulder and my left hand side have carpet burn on my left shoulder blade I can t lift it, on the same arm my elbow to my wrist is all bruised and swollen and I can t put pressure on it. I m having trouble sleeping as I can t lie on back with my shoulder and hurts to lie on side. I already suffer with my back I have a slipped disc in my lower back so I am a little bit worried as my back is aching too.

Well come to HCM
History of fall two obvious condition are there first could be fracture if not then this could be soft tissue injuries and this may cause swelling if nothing is there then person would be more lucky, and condition need to be treated accordingly some time this may need x-ray study, and you need to go for x-ray study for the pain you can have NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) and best drug would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, take care.
