Suggest Treatment For Brown Spotting And Cramps Along With Missed Periods

So I had a missed period for 2 months and didn t even get it in the beginning of june I did actually get it until june 11th be in mind I have never missed a period by a month let alone two so I was very concerned I took two urine tests both came back negative I got one blood test done as well when I still hadn t got it that was negative as well well then when I got it on june 11th it was normal for the most part during it it got really light and I thought I was about to end but I didn t and when it did end it ended a day early usually mine are six days long but that time it had only been five so I didn t think one day ending early was that big of a deal but then a couple day one or two maybe after it ended I was having painful cramps and spotting but it all stopped now that I have been off my period for over a week or some time like I said above it started again cramping not painful like before but noticeable still and im getting light brown spotting some light pink and red mostly brown when I wipe and its sometimes watery with a mild odor been going on for more then three days??? please help me I have no clue whats going on with my body...Am I really pregnant and don t know it is that even possible or is something serious or non serious going on???

Hello, I really appreciate your concern. From description it is certain that you are not pregnant.
This type of brownish spotting with mild odor could be due to hormonal imbalance, yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis or pelvic inflammatory disease.
If a lady with similar symptoms comes to my clinic I would do cervical examination and do appropriate investigations like culture of vaginal discharge. So I suggest you to visit your doctor further check up and diagnosis. Every ailment has its appropriate treatment. Most important thing is accurate diagnosis. So don't worry.
