Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness And Chest Pain

Hello, I m a fit 24 year old male with never any health problems. 2 days ago I woke up in the night with a tight chest pain feeling which has now gone down but is still there... It hurts when I swallow food and water or take a deep breath in. What could this be ?

i completely understand your problem
actually in this young age most common causes for your complaints is peptic ulcer/ gastritis.
so don't have much of oily,spicy food . you can have a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole before meals for a couple of days.
u should consult a pulmonologist / gastroenterologist who can get a chest X-ray done and other investigations needed to come to a diagnosis. is you smoke first thing you should do is quit smoking from now onwards
