Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
Brain stroke treatment is mainly medical management initial days and once patient gets stabilise with general health parameter you can start with real rehabilitation with physiotherapy treatment. Along with this since he will be doing some stretching as well as body movement, spinal twisting exercise he will get good relief from pain as well as good sleep also. As per the medicines here we can not suggest much since the case file is not seen properly. I strongly recommend you to take your patients file and do check with treating doctor as well if you want can also go for secondary opinion. Take care.
