Suggest Treatment For Boil Behind Ear

I had this kind of cyst or boil kind of thing behind my left ear then it burst but still it did not heal it still there like a small black ball then on my right earlobe a cyst appeared which has been there for quite sometime though I contacted a doctor and am taking medicines but these boils keep on appearing in different parts of my body is it in anyway signs of skin cancer?

this can be confirmed after examination by surgeon. for boil systemic antibiotic like inj penicillin 5lacsunit im daily for ten days is requirement surgical excision is the only treatment available.for cyst it can be exploratory diagnosis. the only alternative is inflamed lymph gland.for lymph gland source of drainage from organ is to be located.
