Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you you are having nausea, body pain following a car accident.
My response to your question is as follows.

Violent behaviour and nausea require examination to rule out head injury. The concussion brain injury usually presents with the symptoms of nausea and vomiting secondary to raised intracranial pressure.
Hence this requires evaluation by radiological tests like CT scan of head to rule out head injury and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.

Thank you
