Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Typhoid fever is treated with antibiotics that kill the Salmonella bacteria, responsible for typhoid fever. Oral Antiboitic like cefixime, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, Augmentin are used, sometimes injectable antibiotics like ceftrioxime may be required in severe cases too.
With appropriate antibiotic therapy, there is usually improvement within one to two days and recovery within seven to 10 days.

For fever, body-ache , headache are treated with anti-inflammatory medicines like acetaminophen, naproxen, 2-3 times a day.

Hoping your query is solved.
