Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision

I was diagnosed with add 3 weeks ago, i was then put on concerta, 18mg building up to 52mg over a 5 week period. i noticed no real positive results, although after i got to the 36mg dose i did start getting very tired, had blurred vision when on laptop and found it really hard to focus. it was probably silly but as i had an essay to do that week i took another 36mg 3 hours after, i found that it did help with my concentration. although im not sure its really doing enough for my overall focus, should i ask the psychotherapist to change my meds?
