I fell suddenly and wasnt able to break my fall and hit the backof my head hard on the pavement last night. I wasn t able to get up right away bc my vision got blurry for quite a bit. After I was able to get my vision straighten out I went inside and sat for a 15 mins or so my head hurted , I went upstairs and I felt dizzy as I was going up the stairs I layed down for a bit was tired n fell asleep. I woke up and I have been having a headache still ,my neck and shoulders r kind of sore. I sleptEd for 8 or 9 hrs and I feel tired like Im going to fall back asleep. Should I worried
