Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision Of Eye

.Hi! Dr. Samuel. My name is Alice. I have had vision problems since I was a teenager. I am now past 40. Suddenly, my left eye has just gone almost blank. I do have an infection in it. I had a night time prescription at one time. It did not help. I have mucus, burning, gritty feeling , all of the time. I am so tired of this. I read about Lodoxamide allergy eye drops. Do you think this may help? Do you have any suggestions about any eye drop that may work? I was said to have cataracts too. I do not want to have surgery. Please help me. Thank you for this web-site.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision in one eye.
This can be because of refractive error or because of cataract as told by your doctor.
The treatment for refractive error is by use of spectacles. The treatment for cataract is by surgery.
The symptoms of mucus, grittiness... can be treated by use of anti allergic or low potent steroid eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
