Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Ringing In The Ears

Usually my vision gets very blurry, my ears start ringing, I get covered I swear and the eventually everything goes black for a couple of seconds. I am an athlete so I get plenty of exercise and I drink plenty of water. My diet is also very good. Any ideas?
