Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Double Vision

Good evening I am a 36yr old female, Caucasian. Few months ago I started seeing some changes in one of my eyes...when reading i would notice one of the eyelids dropping lower and vision not being as sharp as the other. In addition while looking at objects (letters, white objects) the same eye seems to see two objects, slightly overlaying one another.....today it got much worse...I have blurry vision one one eye and the double vision is worse...I have a headache- perhaps because of those issues....I dont see floaters, no injury. I do have hx of HTN, no diabetes, no other conditions, no environmental exposures and no S7S of infection...no tearing, no discharge, no excessive dryness.....I know without an exam those things are hard to pin point...any suggestions of what it may be potentially?
Thank you

it can be paralysis or paresis of orbicularis oculi or levator palpabrae. it is to be examined by eye doctor and diagnosed. diabetes is to be controlled. fundus examinaton should exclude retinal tear hole or peripheral detachment. if every thing is ok it should be reviewed after 6months. can apply refresh eye tear eye drop. lid drooping if requered can be surgicaly corected.
