Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Dizziness

I was dizzy last night (which sometimes happens from lack of drinking enough - live at 9000 feet in Colorado) but woke up from sleeping on my left side with my eye kind of buried in the pillow and my left eye was blurry and my face might (I say might) feel only slightly numb mostly at my cheek bone and up to eye. Rest of my right side is fine. I did have a dental cleaning yesterday and was numbed the day before to fill a tooth in that same area - numbness did go all the way to my eye. Still dizzy, but only if I tilt my head to the left. Could it be inner ear? I ve had that a few times in my life.

what you mean to say is you are in lttle high altitude. for your blurring vision hypoxia is tobe thought of first. refraction and fundus examination to be done. numbnes of face may be due to psture defect and pressure. if error detected in refraction it should be corected.you have history of ear involvment inpast. so conduction nerve deafness and rotation test may be done. tympanic membrane perforation to be ruled outall most all test have been completed. now after diagnosis treatment can be decided.
