Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion the random sugar is not having much diagnostic value as fasting blood sugar and Hba1c%.
Further when I see someone who comes to me with a presentation like yours, I order this 2 things,
i also need to know your height weight age and any family history of diabetes?
are you having any symptoms like increased urination, weight loss and increased thirst?
kindly write back to us with above information to guide you better
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
