Suggest Treatment For Blood Pressure

I took my blood pressure meds a couple of hours ago when I was having some chest pain and stabbing sensation in my arm and noticed my blood pressure was elevated. I have been monitoring my blood pressure since but it seems to be getting higher not lower. I am calm I feel fine now but my reading is 149/102 can I just remain clam at home or do I need to go to the ER?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms of chest pain you have could be nonspecific but looking to the history of hypertension it is advisable to get done the EKG for safe side and you can see the ER hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
