Hai,

Blood in urine may indicate any urinary tract infection, stone.
at times poor intake of water may lead to blood in urine due to dehydration. most common in humid temperature especially in diabetic patients.

kindly do urine routine and urine culture to rule out the cause. blood clot from vagina may indicate some abnormality. so kindly do ultrasound too.
