Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

While having a bowel movement I have lots of bright red blood in the toliet, the whole toliet is red and I can't even see the color of my bowel movements and on the toliet paper. My bowel movements are normal. I have no pain while going but my stomach does hurt all day. This has been goin on for 3 days now and I have no appieti. I am 29 years old female.
