Hello
Blood in stool is a matter of concern which might be related to hemorrhoids, fissure or fistula on anus, rectal polyp, bleeding disorder or liver disease.

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC Liver function test and test for bleeding disorders, Proctoscopy or colonoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile have lots of fluids and fruits juices to.maintain good hydration.
You may require Iron infusion or blood transfusion
depending upon the amount of blood loss.
Avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softeners
Have lots of fresh fruit and raw or steamed vegetables
Maintain good hygiene and keep it clean
Sitz bath twice daily will.definitely help you
Best wishes
