Suggest Treatment For Blood Cancer

My brother just had pancreatic cancer and his spleen was totally removed. 50 percent of his pancreas was removed. He has a blood cancer for over ten years which is polycythemia vera. He also has a abscess inside his body at surgery position with a drain in and has a picc line. he has phlebitis and high white blood cell count and platelets. he will start chemo is 12 days. Will he survive the chemo?

HEllo dear. Chemotherapy is planned according to weight , age and height of patient. Most of the patients tolerate it well. Polycythemia vera has no effect on chemo toleration
