Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose

i had a blocked nose now for 3 weeks, completed 2 different sets of antibiotics. i believe the Sinusitis infection has cleared up but my nose is constantly blocked, Dr believes it to be a very bad cold but i don't feel ill. I have been using olbas oil all the inhalers but nothing seems to have worked to date. Could it be more than just a cold?
