Hi my son is 8 years and he is suffering from stuffy nose at night and breathes from mouth He also sneezes 3 to 4 times continuously when he wakes up in the morning and has stuffy nose. What medicine should I give to relieve this can I give him asthakind syrup

Blocked nose could be due to sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis.
I would suggest to consult ENT specialist and undergo examination for proper treatment.
Following treatment will help you:
Tablet diomenic DA
Nasal drop like otrivin
Steam inhalation
Drink plenty of luke warm water and gargling with warm water with added salt
