Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Swollen Glands Below The Earlobe

For years I have had thick muccous in the morning, which after I clear from my nose and throat is manageable through out the day (meaning I have to clear my throat every 10 minutes or so). About 8-10 weeks ago I noticed I had some swelling of some glands behind my jaw just below my earlobe. The swelling has continued sometimes mildly swollen, but sometimes swollen enough to make me feel like I have pressure in my throat. It also feels like I have blockage in my nose, but Antihistamines seem to help that symptom quite a bit. I was prescribed amoxycillin for 10 days, but it did not seem to impact the symptoms. I don't believe there is any fever, I have listed all the symptoms I can think of.I'm 38, 6'1", 190 lbs
