Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got blocked Eustachian Tube due to mucous accumulation in the eustachian tube that is a connecting tube between the middle ear and back of nose..
Secondly intake of antibiotics and steroids can be taken together and the only thing is that as the steroids reduces the immunity of body therefore the antibiotic action is reduced but they can be taken and antibiotics will help also although recovery can be slow..
Along with antibiotics you can also take oral decongestants and decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline and do steam inhalations and it will also help to unclog the ears..
In case if still nothing helps, surgical drainage of the ear by putting a small incision through the eardrum and draining out fluid followed by antibiotics oral as well as ear drops and anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
