Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ears And Dizziness

Hi im ebony im 19 ive been hathis problem for over a month now.my head feels super heavy and clogged up my ears feel clogged up every time i blow my nose. It clogged up my head feel dizzy its like My head is bald up i spit alote of mucus up please help wts going on eiyh me

Hello Ebony,
you could try doing some steam inhalations and put a few drops of nasal saline several times a day in both your nostrils. Drink lots of water and cut back on colas and similar beverages, if any.
Avoid blowing your nose too. This causes increased head pressure and could be causing the dizziness and ear block. The steam and saline drops should help clear your nose without having to blow.
If these steps do not help even after a week, it is better you see a doctor.
