General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

These blisters over the scalp need to be diagnosed by clinical examination.
It could be allergic or infective blisters.

You should take anti-allergic medicines available over the counter.

what you are taking already benadryl is good but if there is no response then you need to see some local doctor or GP who will inspect the blisters to diagnose correctly.
Regards,
I find this answer helpful
