Suggest Treatment For Blepharitis

Hi, my doctor had suggested that i have blepharitis. But all i have is the redness of the upper and lower lid of one eye. Im 21 and male so i thought that was quite young to get blepharitis. I have been put on Lymecyline 300mg one a day for the past 3months but that also hasnt helped. I have tried, scrubs, compress flaxeed oil but all with no joy. Any suggestions?
