Suggest Treatment For Blackheads And Pimples On Face

hello doctor im anne from philippines ive been bothering about my face and ive notice more holes coming out ive got more blackheads and pimples i already tested lots of medicines but nothing happens is there any solutions of my face... hope to hear u soon thank.u so.much

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of reasons like over production of sebum (oil) from Sebaceous Glands, bacterial infection, hormonal imbalances, inflammation over skin etc..
The black heads occur when skin pores (sebaceous duct opening) gets clogged with dirt..
For pimples you can wash your face with facewash containing salicylic acid and glycolic acid..
Apply Benzoyl Peroxide gels over the pimples.
Antimicrobial gels can also be combined..
Take Multivitamin supplements..
For blackheads you can.scrub your face with baking soda by making a paste in water..
Earthen clay masks mixed with rose water can help as well as provide a cooling effect..
Retinols that are Vitamin A derivatives can also be applied as they help by unclogging the pores..

If you do not find improvement you can consult a Dermatologist and few in office techniques like Dermabrasion can help by removing dirt from pores..
