Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On Face And Hands

Hi, i am having black spots recently on my face and on my hands.and they are increasing in size.my beautician suggested to remove with the help of needle.please help what do u suggest whether to take up needle treatment or any medical treatment necessary? thanks in advance.

hi..i read ur complain carefully n understand ur concern.
the black spot which u r talking abt can be freckles or moles..i would suggest u that never do any needling without medical advise.
u can apply creams with glycolic acid n kojic acid combination.it 'll fade the black spot.
apply sun block daily.do sun protection.
if the following measures doesn't work for u consult ur near by dermatologist.laser treatment for freckles and moles could be helpfull for u.
