Suggest Treatment For Black, Painful Pimples On Legs

i had what I thought was a pimple on my leg, above my knee area. It never came to a head. I thought maybe an ingrown hair. It seemed to start to disappear. Now it is back, painful, and surrounded by a black and blue bruise. The sore itself looks purple.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, It looks like a subsiding lesion of folliculitis, since it is in subsiding phase and lesion is single, i wouldnot adv you for a systemic course of antibiotics, rather, will adv you to apply nadibact cream locally on the lesions twice daily.
The lesion should resolve completely in 5 days.
Thanks
Take care
