Suggest Treatment For Black Heads, Pimples And Pimple Scars

Hiiiii i have black heads, pimples and past pimple scars on my face. N my skin is tan too. The dermatologist prescribed me @kojiglo gel and olesoft lotion as i have marks n scars on my back too but it does not effect. Could you plzz suggest some instant and better remedy to get a clear skin. Thankyou

Hi I did review your concern
I would advice you to use clindamycin gel initially or benzoyl peroxide ointment till the pimples go away and then use hydroquinone under dermatologist guidance. There is dermaroller also available that can help you remove pigment. Also keep you face clean and drink a lot of water.
