Suggest Treatment For Black Eye And Bump With Small Cut On Eyebrow

I was punched by a random stranger 18 days ago which caused a severe black eye and large bump with a small cut right above my eyebrow. The black eye is fading but the bump remains. A little tenderness still by the bump. But my question is whether it will be permanent or will i need a surgical procedure to remove it?
