hiii dear

change in body temperature has many cause

but it is not due to bipolar illness and even not due to lithium

for lithium u can go for serum lithium level to check its toxicity etc???

mostly its is due to her physical illness
go for routine check up and specially thyroid profile

both physical and mental illness co exist in same person so if person mentally ill than y should not ignore his physical health
so take physician consultation and be safe
thank you
