Hi good morning. I have benign positional vertigo i really wanted to get out from here its really very hard for me i was experience this almost every month. I really appreciate your concern, such vertigo can be managed medically with Tab Betahistine 8 0r 16 mg three times or according to age and weight, differential diagnosis of vertigo need to be ruled out and for that you need to see the ENT surgeon and Neurophysician, hope this information helps.
