Suggest Treatment For Bed Bug Bites

I recently learned that my home has bed bugs. We are awaiting the 1st of 3 extermination sessions in a day. I am FREAKING out! A couple of weeks ago I woke up with what I thought were a trail of mosquito bites on the inside of my left arm. A couple of days later I awoke to find a similar trail of bites on the inside of the other arm. I now know that they were bed bug bites. Now I have bumps along my labia and close to my anus. Some are itchy and some aren t. A day after I noticed these bumps forming, I noticed that they are coming to a head... almost like a large pimple. They do not hurt though. Could they be bed bug bites; and if so, what should I expect? Thank you!
