Suggest Treatment For Bad Odor Vaginal Discharge

Hi

About a month ago I was having sex with my partner of 4 years when we noticed my vagina had a horrible smell. Ever since this night I have had abnormal discharge and everytime we have sex I get a brown liquid come out of my vagina and it smells like poo. Can you give me any idea on what this may be caused from.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bacterial vaginosis. But a pelvic inflammatory disease should be ruled out by doing pelvic examination and an ultrasound examination if needed. For bacterial vaginosis i treat my patients with combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or oral tablets.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
