Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginitis And Irregular Vaginal Bleeding

I am a female 19 years old. i ve had a miscarriage at 8wks pregnant august 6, 2016. i had a period september it was a day early. i missed a period in october due to irregular bleeding lasting from sept. 16 till october 10. my doctor said my body was getting back to normal. i have bacterial vaginitis now, my period for november was on the 3rd. i hate pink spotting instead for 7 days and bleeding for 4 heavy bleeding for 3 than now im spotting red blood till this day of dec 2, 2016. i ve been having mild cramping in my lower abdomen, and im sexually active(unprotected) with one man for over a year.

hello. There are important information missing from your description. Do you usually have regular periods or not? Does this irregular vaginal bleeding started after your miscarriage? Are you having fever or chills also?
Is your miscarriage a complete one ? did you under go a scan after miscarriage to see whether parts of the fetus were remaining inside the utetus?
I feel your miscarriage was an incomplete one. you might has had bacterial vaginosis earlier also and infection might have played a part in miscarriage also. Since parts of the fetus were remained in the uterus and also due to infection you are probably having irregular bleeding.
What you should do is 1st get a scan done and if there are remaining parts they have to be removed. Then you'd have to takeantibiotics at least up to 7 days(sfet seen by VOG). hope this helps.
