My waters haven't gone but my plug has and I've been suffering with back ache and pelvis pain since 33 weeks.

HI,
I understand your concern.
The back ache & pelvic pain in 9th month (33 weeks on word) of pregnancy is mostly due to-
- Softening of the ligaments of pelvis -to facilitate fetal decent at child birth.
- Decent of fetal head in pelvis .
You have already completed 39 weeks, & are almost due for labor. The rectal pressure you had signifies fetal decent up to mouth of uterus.
I would advise you to get internally checked.Waters may break with final pains also&delivery signs may not be similar every time.
Thanks.
