Suggest Treatment For Back Spasms

I had a back spasm yesterday and rested for the rest of the day. This morning I got up to move to the couch and I was stuck in the same position for a good 10 minutes. During that time I started feeling hot, sweating, then I started to feel like I was going to faint, and I was close to throwing up. I m not sure if I need to go to the ER or not but I can t get up at all anymore. My back keeps tightening up. I ve had spasms before but not this bad.
